hello everybody and paypal admin i from thailand, i was spent money via paypal to pay some products ,i sent money to seller, it have transaction on my debit card but haven't transaction on my paypal account and paypal haven't send anything on my email. today paypal have problem?, if have problem, when is ok? thanks
