hello, I moved to live in lithuania from the US and closed my bank account in the US under which I signed in for paypal. Now I want to close my paypal account, and I cannot do it as I get an error whan clicking "close my account" saying that there is some unfinished transaction but there is no such think actually and my bank account is simply closed. Anyone can suggest a solution?
