Thanks very much for the suggestions! I'll try the first one again - giving the address at checkout - but it didn't work when I tried it originally. The second one - adding a new address - is what hasn't worked for me, and didn't again when I followed your link, unhappily. Really appreciate your suggestions though! This is extremely frustrating - if I can't find a solution, I can still use a credit card when the site permits it.
