I was paid for a service and didn't need to wait the 21 days for the money to be available as I didnt send anything anywhere. I tried to transfer $20 to my bank account and only got two separate deposits of $.09 and $.19??? But it says the transfer was completed and I have a $0.00 balance in PayPal. Although I only received a total of $.28? Where's the rest of my money? ... View more
