I have just recieved an email saying ... ""After reviewing your PayPal account, we've determined there to be excessive risk involved in doing business with you and we'd like to begin parting ways in a manner that is least disruptive to your business"" I am not looking for reinstatement but y funds are now on hold for up to 180 days!! this is money i really needed and was counting on due to personal reasons. the lady att paypal did say they review every 30 days and as long as there are no disputes, money owed etc it can be available sooner. can anyone shed any light on this please? thank you
