Thank you so much! I've been trying to find help with this issue since yesterday evening! You're the only one to tell me that there is a waiting period. I paid with a debit card linked to paypal. I don't understand why answers like this aren't easier to find anywhere on paypal or ebay! My refund still isn't in my bank account or my paypal available balance. I paid with a card linked to paypal and in paypal the refund says 'completed' but isn't in my available balance. Also in ebay the reason for the refund says "buyer requested to cancel sale" but that's not true. The seller did because they didn't have the item in stock! And I can't find help ANYWHERE! ... I was just issued a refund ($61.98) and it's showing a refund was issued in my Paypal account but it's not in my available balance! Why?! This is so frustrating! It's also not in my back account! I also just received a refund from a seller who said the item I paid for was sold out a few hours after I made the purchase.
