Hi, I paid for something via PayPal and got an email stating that I now owed money to PayPal and that I should correct this. i made a payment from my debit card to rectify this and I received confirmation of that. Paypal then took the same amount from my bank account. The debit card transaction is showing in both my PayPal account (and bank account) but the payment PayPal took from my bank account isn't showing on my PayPal balance but it is showing in my bank account. So basically, 2 payments to PayPal and my balance is still 0 despite both payment being gone out of my bank account any suggestions as I can't find anything in the help section?
