1. Hello! I'm using EON card (UnionBank of the Phillipines) to link with my paypal account for 3 years. However, it recently expired last february. I updated my EON card, and after I got my new card I tried to update my paypal account as well. I clicked on the link "Update Credit Card Expiration" and then entered the new expiration date as well as the CSC number (3 digit number found at the back of my card). When I click save, I always get an error message saying: "Your card hasn't been added because we couldn't verify its 3-digit verification number. This number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your credit card number. Please check the number you entered and try adding this card again."Im pretty sure I entered the correct 3 digit number. Its been almost 2 months and still can't update my paypal. 2. When will I get the notification if for the change name? since Im married my ids are all in my husband name. Thank you.
