I am a seller on ebay, since May 24 my computer infected with WannaCry led to not get the customer data. I tried to attach the goods to the customer and contact the shipping company to get the tracking number, during which time paypal said I cheated and locked my account for 180 days. I sent a letter to paypal but not resolved, I can not call paypal because I am Vietnamese and do not know all English. The paypal locking my account was a mistake that caused heavy damage to my store. What do I do to make paypal work again? Thank you
