Hey everyone, I am interested in buying something off someone through paypal but it seems risky. I heard numerous cases when people had sent money for a certain good and they guy never ships. Even after the buyer files a claim, he/she wins it but the money is already taken out so the buyer lost the money anwyay. Is there a way to pay with paypal and put it on hold for a week (until the item itself was received)? thanks.
