Hi, I am with PayPal for quite a while and have had no problems. Then this year in March 2017, they wanted some information about the company to update. I had also my private account listed which I had to remove. No problem with that you would think but I was not able to remove it by myself as the link was not working or was simply not there, I still don't understand why. However Pay Pal did this for me and I could see that it had been removed. So everything was in order now you would think but then the odysee started. We have now end of May 2017 and nothing has changed, the account is still limited for some unknown reason, I need to pay suppliers and eBay fees obvisiouly. I call in every day and everytime the customer service keeps telling the same old story that they don't understand why it is still limited and that my case is in review and that they will resolve it within 24-48 hours. Which did not happen obvioulsy, otherwise I would not be writing here to complain. This is disgraceful and as others have pointed out already, you have nowhere to go to complain. You cannot call the direct department, only email and you won't get a response or in my case they have responded with the same tune to go back to the resolutuon centre and to remove my account, which had been removed ages ago!! This is no good at all and I will find a way to complain officially, this is how they treat good customers, well they won't have many companies left dealing with them if they are keeping this attitude.
