in my case, when i signed up for paypal, there was a field for middle name. I filled that up. When i signed up for gcash, there were no options for middle name. So now i still cant link them two. I have the usual G-XChange listed. With that red flag at the bottom with the warning "To protect your account, this preapproved payments has been deactivated"......." If i click on the g-xchange, it'll show its active. When i try to cash-in, i get prompted that i'm not yet linked. I am not sure if the presence of my middle name in paypal is the cause. But i have asked paypal to remove it. So i'll wait and see.
