Last weeken I had sent money to a photographer who will be taking pictures at my wedding. In my bank account it show the amount being taken out twice-once as a transfer and once as an instant transfer. When I look at my paypal activity change it only shows a single transaction. How do I recover the second transaction? It was for a pretty substantial amount of money.
