I bought a battery of eBay in November last year which was advertised with a 3 year warranty.....The battery stopped charging after 5 months and no longer works........the seller is not responding to my e-mails and there are no contact numbers to ring.......the seller is still trading on eBay and still selling the item that is advertised with a 3 year warranty.....how do i go about getting a refund or a replacement battery .....when the seller refuses to communicate?....Any advice on how to proceed?
