I ordered a "Hand Roll Electric Piano" on a seller from Facebook. Yesterday I received a toy from the seller. I send a mail to the seller and their answer was that the toy was far superior to the electric keyboard. I launched a disputer at PayPal, but this morning the dispute was closed without further information. The "Help" from PayPal is worth next to nothing. It show only a few standard sentences which are repeated over and over. I can chose to talk with a "real" person, but that would take "several hours" according to the Help center. PayPal should be informed about that scam in order to protect other buyers and not simply deny my claim. PayPal has become a scam themselves and I consider strongly to avoid PayPal in the future. I am a Belgian citizen and I have a Belgian Credit Card used with PayPal. I am living in Thailand and my legal address is in Thailand. I want to purchase an item, but Thailand is not offered as a selectable option (Payment and Shipping). I want to pay the item with PayPal and let the item be shipped to Belgium. 1st problem:     I can not select Thailand in the countries of payment.     I can not change the country in my PayPal settings.     How can I add an address in BELGIUM to my PayPal account? 2nd problem:     When filling in the PayPal checkout form, I am offered 4 delivery addresses.     All within Thailand.     But there is no possibility to input a different address for delivery.     How can I change the delivery address within the PayPal settings?
