Hi guys, I'm new to Paypal and honestly it's been giving me a hard time getting the money sent by my friends to me. A friend of mine lives in Czech Rep and i live here in the Philippines. He sent money yesterday and informed me about it, however i was not able to view it on time because of the time difference we have i was sleeping. So when i checked my Paypal account, i saw that there are 2 transactions/activites in my account, and it stated it was refunded. It got me thinking why and checked my email. I saw an email from Paypal stating that they "decided to refund" the money of my friend because they think it was not authorized or there is something suspicious. You know, the funds will be used for my mom's eye operation which can go down ANY MINUTE. What do i have to do??
