Hello I bought a Henry Hoover on eBay which was supposed to come with all the tools, but only had the main one. I asked for a partial refund to cover the cost of the missing tools. The seller sent me £4, saying I could purchase the missing tools on eBay for that amount. I disputed this saying that the £4 wouldn't cover the costs so he has asked me to return the £4 and he will buy them and post them to me. My question is how do I refund the refund? please advise.
