I dutifully changed my phone number in my paypal account weeks ago. Now when I pay it wants to do my 2 step auth via my old phone number. Is two step auth too new for the IT staff to handle, does somebody in Bombay have to manually make changes? What is so difficult about this!!!!!!!!!!!!!
