I owe £4.35 due to having insufficient funds in my bank account and PayPal balance. However, I have added £4.35 to my PayPal balance can it be taken from there or if not how do I contact PayPal to Request my bank account for the money again instead. Although it's a small amount I don't want it to start increasing if I don't pay back quick enough . I need this £4.35 debt to be cleared off as soon as possible! HELP PLEASE
