I made an offer for a ebay product that included free shipping and it was accepted but put in a claim that did not include free shipping but added $9.50 for shipping, I notified the seller about this but never got an answer from them so I emailed about but got no reply for either notice so I followed with another email asking them to cancel the order but the claim still appears when ever I click on pay now for a more recent ebay order, I want this removed from my account so I don't have to click the X when ever I use Paypal to pay again. How do I get this done?
