Once You Realize your getting the run around, You Better also realize that they will not give you what your asking for, So I suggest a Phone call to clear things out, And if you get the runaround on the phone then escalate the problem to someone higher in the food chain. Depending on your issue, There is a email box in the email under the help category, I am sure they are working to resolve your issue, dont forget buddy there are 10s of thousands of emails flooding in daily if not more, and every time they respond to you they get a response back that just makes it 20's of thousands of emails, so sit back and take the automated response I assure you someone with a solution to your question will answer your question.
