update : filling dispute is only solution if you get problem from play-asia , right after filling dispute customer service give me fast response and ask me to CLOSE dispute and they promise to refund my money , i dont trust them advice from several my friends they told me "dont close if u close dispute its you no longer have protection in this case" a week after filling dispute i got back my money its need more than a month to settle this problems. after settle this all i will never buy anything from this website anymore
