Hi, I have loaded my paypal account with money (GBP) so that I could convert it to USD, and could then purchase a present for my brother on the BestBuy website using paypal. Clicking through to order, BestBuy won't let me use my paypal account as it is not registered in the USA. So, it was a waste of time me doing that and now I have a load of USD in my paypal account that I won't use, and it cost me £25 to convert my balance to USD. Is there a way of canceling the original transaction so I can get my money back as GBP and not pay another extortionate fee? Thank you Dave
