Hey all, this problem started on May 2 and originally presented itself as a text message verification code issue, every single time I made a purchase using PayPal it would make me send a text message code verification to my phone and enter it, this didn't get old until about 10 purchases later. Called PayPal and eBay seperately and was informed my account on both ends was looking proper. I waited a couple days and tried to purchase again and same thing, called in and was told to wait 2 hours and clear my cache+cookies (already waited much longer and did the latter step) by a PayPal specialist and that should resolve the issue. I then explained to him the problem had been going on for days already and asked for a manager, he explained they were all busy and one would call me back and confirmed a number. No call for 3 days. The problem has now escalated to me getting a message every time I try to purchase using PayPal that says: Sorry, this payment option isn't available. Here are your options: Select a different payment option. Contact PayPal customer service to resolve this issue So I call in this morning and am informed by a PayPal specialist that "the eBay security module was triggered on my account." I informed her that something along those lines was obvious and asked how we could resolve the problem. She informed me that there was no way to fix it and that I would just have to use a different payment method. I asked for a manager again as I have quite a bit of money coming through my account and need to be able to use it to purchase as well. I was put on hold for 38 minutes and never checked in on or anything so I just hung up fearing I was in some never ending hold queue. At this point im at a loss as to what to do, any help or ideas would be much appreciated, thank you.
