I am currently abroad and my bank card got stolen. The theif has been using my PayPal account to make transactions on eBay. How can I stop them from making further transcations? When I try to remove my bank account and debit card's connection to PayPal, it says "We are not able to process your request. Please try again later." I am not sure what to do. Please help if you can. Thank you!
