Hello It's been weeks My account is limited and I'm trying to access resolution centre but when I click resolution center I get this error Sorry — your last action could not be completed If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes. I cleared cookies and cache,restarted computer,tried all browsers and tried on many devices but still same error I tried to contact paypal by email but the reply was not helpful as they didn't understood the problem so can anyone help?
