I am unable to activate paypal express checkout option in my shopify store. The activate button opens a popup window and asks for the email to setup a business account (https://www.paypal.com/us/merchantsignup/partner/applicationChecklist?productIntentId=additional_payment&locale.x=en_US&channelId=partner) Then it goes to the usual login page (https://www.paypal.co/signin?returnUri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.paypal.com%2Fus%2Fmerchantsignup%2Fpartner%2FpostLoginHandler&onboardData=%7B%22signUpRequest%22%3A%7B%22url%22%3A%22https%3A%2%2Fwww.paypal.com%2Fus%2Fmerchantsignup%2Fpartner%2Fentercreate%22%2C%22method%22%3A%22GET%22%7D%7D) and then to the dashboard/summary page (https://www.paypal.com/businessexp/summary). Its not requesting any third party API access or permissions. Contaced both shopify and paypal but no replies yet.
