Hi can anybody help please i bought a water infusion bottle of ebay and paid through PayPal the company i bought it of sent me a replacement one which disappered with Royal Mail i know as the company Sashtime let me know as i eamiled them to say i hadn't recieved the replacement infuser water bottle,Sashtime refunded me £4.95 but by accident i have managed to issue the £4.95 back to Sashtime i went into my bank barclays and they leet me know have emailed sashtime 4 times and heard nothing
