Hi! I have funds on my UK PayPal account and trying to send them to my PayPal account in Russia. I've moved out of UK several years ago and have no bank account or credit card there to withdraw my money. I've managed to transfer 5 USD once but it seems like all other transactions have stopped by the security system since then. What should I do to get my money out of my account?
