So I've waited 3 weeks for my Paypal balance to be 'available' rather than 'on hold'. It was finally available on Friday so I made a withdrawal to my bank and it now says pending and could take 3-4 working days? Surely this is rediculous, my eBay buyer received the item the day after I posted and also left good feedback. Does it usually take the entire 4 working days?
