Trying to set up a monthly direct debit to top up paypal account on a monthly basis. I already verified my bank account but I get the following error message when I select the amount and press continue: "The PayPal site is currently experiencing technical difficulties. We are working to solve this problem as quickly as possible. Please return to the PayPal website later to complete your transaction. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause." Any ideas on how to tackle this issue?
