The address works but their software strips out the message then complains that "it must have been attached". It wasn't. And I used Thunderbird and also Hotmail web to forward it. Neither worked. Their 'help' is quite useless and goes around in circles getting nowhere. I'm not phoning because I don't expect them to understand the problem. Another fail.
