ok well for whatever reason its not the sellers fault that they should lose money by having to refund you as they sent to the address given to them by paypal.
The issue is between you and paypal and why that address was given so you would have to give them a bell to find out why.
But when you click to pay for an item you get an email receipt that states the address the item is going to be sent to so you had the choice of contacting the seller to cancel the sale if the address was incorrect.
