The dispute was only 2 days old, and I was issued a refund by the vendor through paypal. However, I would not have even known about the refund or the dispute being closed had I not logged into my account, as I received no notice from paypal nor the vendor.

Could someone explain to me how when I open a dispute against a vendor, they (the vendor) are able to close out my disputes without my knowlege. This has happened to me 2 times, now, and I am beginning to wonder who paypal is working for with regards to disputes, and how the vendors are able to manipulate my disputes.
