Anyone else having problems where your postage is being taken from your bank card not your default pay pal balance. I have plenty of money in my balance. I've called twice they say some are having problems. They've verified all my info and defaults are correct and that I.T. Is working on it but it's been over ten days. Bad bad bad. Can't figure out there own problem.
