I have exactly the same problem. I lodged a case against a seller - the seller responded with a load of lies and when I viewed the case, HE had escalated it to a claim and closed my ability to reply to his lies. Now, I feel that if those lies are believed, the case is likely to go against me and I am unable to respond. So unfair and illogical that I now have to wait and go through an 'appeal'.
