On 3/1/2017 I was sent you a payment even though it was due 2/28/2017. I got a late fee on 3/3/2017of five dollars. I know since I was late I am going to get a late fee. I am writing to see if it possible to get that taken off. In my defense I forgot that I owed you money this month. I know I am late on asking this but according to the fine print I should have up to 90 days to dispute the charge. Let me make myself clear I am not disputing the charge itself due to my stupidity however I am asking if you can reverse the late charge and interest charge. I ask you to look on how long I been with you and how long I have had your credit card. I have always paid you on time and I have always paid you either the minimum amount in full or more than minimum. I do not want a automated response. I want a human being to read this and respond to it. If this is not possible then let me know how to make it possible. Thank you, Brian
