I hope this post will help someone to know how Paypal condut business. On 2nd Apr they shut down my account. I transfer all my remaining ebay auctions into different paypal account - therefore on the original accout there wasn't any activity. Day later they reinstate my accout access, and almost immiediatly shut it down again. Reason - selling restricted product. I was suprised, because I didn't use account since it got suspended, so I checked their email and their referece number, and to my suprise those didn't match So I have don'e everything they ask me to, and I though they're OK with me now - NOPE, they just made up another reason. And they didn't even bother to make it looks legit - reference number showing different transaction than the one they questioned. And of course by this time transaction coundn't happened becuse my paypal was already limited. This must be the worst way of treating your customers. All answers are just copy/paste one - "thank you for contacting us blah blah blah..." Not sure what to do next, should I seek legal advice?
