I have forgotten the password for the paypal account I use for transactions(not this account). I have access to the linked email, but when I attempt to recover the password is just throws an error at me. I have tried clearing the cookies and cache, and also attempted using other browsers to no avail. I have attempted to contact the support via the message center multiple times with no response. And the support phone number doesn't seem to work, for me at least. Anybody can help?
