Yes, I do. I am paying to use a service, I expect at the very least semi reasonable service. Not to mention I have had my paypal account 8 years, seems like it wasnt too much of a problem for them since I have to put my real name in for the payment meathods. I have never had a bank or credit card company take over a week to respond, highly doubt over 24 hours, EVER. Paypal is not a non-profit organazation that I am asking fly out and wash my car for me, they are a company that charges extrememly high fees for a semi-monopoly credit card service on eBay, otherwise no one would use them. I was told "the name change sometimes takes longer than normal customer service emails", thats a lie, my email to customer service was sent less than 24 hours after my name change request. If you are a Paypal employee it makes sense the direction the company has gone. "Pitty on me.... Expect them to change it instantly" lolol its almost been 10 days!!
