Ebay Global Shipping program wrong shipping adress...

  1- I buy a Notebook on Dec 16 on ebay.it but seller was on ebau.uk. Ebay uk procure wrong shipping adress to selller because they did use not the main ebay address in Italy at first but secondary one in France, from a friend  in a summer residence i have this summer for holliday, where i di make an order in uk. We try seller and I am to change adress, GSP told me that they will try but no way, just a lost of time. 2- Ebay told me to remove any secondary adress because not always main adress are pick for shipment as it happens for me    If paypal ad ebay are combined it is shipped ritght away, it is alwasy better to not associated paypall witìyje ebay account.    This is very difficult to remove and it becopme associate the first time you pay with paypal.... 3- The shipment return because none was there.      I ask many time to ship directly in Italy I will pay for it.     They said first that they need to reshipin France      On second shipmen, after contacting Global shipping      I ask you if there is some problem, I can pay extra money  or I will gave you another address in France     but  they did accept to reship in Italy no charge 4- After some time GSP told me that they will refund you, we have lost it 5- Few days later another mail said, no refund, we found that we have ship again to first wrong address in France 6- After you said go ask a refund to paypal, then after no way because seller ship to forward ebay address, no refund possible also 7- They sent me the tracking from DHL and I contaact DHL and they told me if GSP have provideùd the good adresse in Italy they can ship directly to Italy in place of resending in UK and back in France, it would have been less expensive and shotrer for me since there is no custom problem going from france to Italy .   😎 Now the pack has been deleivered  to some one else, not same the name of my friend in France as on first shipping wrong address   GSP told me to try to recover the pack form the one which take it. My firend a has a farm house about 100m from the road, then anybodu on the road border could have take it. 9- It appears that all this mess is fault of ebay uk, wrong informations, web site error, since I can get refund from paypal, what can I do next. 😎 I ask to at least refund their awfull service but Global Shipping Program  did not make any excuse for wrong information and all the mess and said that this isa  standard procedure for custom purpose and they will no aswer any more to me Any suggestion are welcome hoping this experience could advice other to never use this service ...
