Well, as the title is written..... Paypal has placed reserve on our account for 100% of all transactions. How is this possible and how do they think we can oporate with absolutely no income? We have tried to get answers from PayPal but, of course they have no response to our wuestions. We must wait until the reserve reach the 6 figures before they lift the 100% withholding. That is insanity. We have been processing 5 figures plus for over 6 months now. We had two transactions go above that and they did this. PayPal is a company that thinks they can just bully people around, especially loyal companies with 0% refund/chargebacks. Thats right, we have never had a dispute from a buyer or a chargeback. Very confusing. Our account has been open for over a year and we bill for services rendered and also presales like hosting or development. Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions? We need to have this resolved?
