Hello everybody!!! I am first time here. Sorry for my poor English I am living in Azerbaijan. I can Use Paypal Only for payment metod, But In our country doesn't allow to receive moneys to paypal. Please tell me. I want Use paypal For receiving payments. If I will open other account with name of other countries, who allowed, which i must select? for example i selected USA but, there are many rules, as , if i want send money to my payoneer card, there needs Sosial ID number and oth.. in Which Country is easy for money receiving system?
