Hi, I had an iphone listed on depop for sale. Someone messaged me asking to buy it for their boyfriend and to post it to his address, and also if they could pay through paypal. They sent me the money through paypal and i posted the item next day signed for delivery. The item was signed for as delivered for the address they gave me so i thought it was all good. A day later i had a dispute in my paypal account saying they had not recieved the item and that i had sent it to the wrong address. They made up a bunch of lies in the dispute and also got the item wrong saying they had bought a macbook pro when the item was a iphone 6. I have all the screen shots of the messages from the person asking for it to be delivered to that address. Now they have deleted their account on depop. They also told paypal that i had deleted my depop account or blocked them and that i had scammed them. I told paypal team all this in the dispute and provided the tracking information for the item sold. But they still sided with the 'buyer'. It wont let me appeal and i can't find anywhere to contact paypal directly as it just keeps directing me here or 'recently asked questions' and what not. Can someone please help me or give me advice on how i can either get the money back or if i can go down the line of getting the item back i posted to the address? Many Thanks!!!
