 i shipped the package to the buyer and got the message from ebay that he sent the payment to me. This is a reason i shipped before i get the money. In addition, i sent him 100$ because paypal sent me that he did overcharged so i need to give him 100$ to confirm the payment! how can i get back the package and receive the money i gave him extra?     ... i already paid the item from ebay though Paypal. However, the seller canceled that items and sent me the refunding back but i did not get anything about refunding in my paypal. Even the seller sent me on 3/5/2017. ... View more
