I am a student from Bhutan. i have seen Bhutan listed under the countriesmin which Paypal services is availble but when i asked the authorities from the bank in which i have an account, they said they don't know about it. So i am trying to confirm if it is really available or not. I have just started getting offer in one of the freelancing websites which uses Paypal services.
