Hi I have sold 2 items on ebay and the buyers are from USA. I seem to have been charged very high fees, certainly more than the normal 3.4% I would ahve thought that the buyer should pay any currency exchange fee. I rember buying something form Amazon France last year and the currency exchange fee was payable by myself...why is Paypal different? At this rate it almost looks as if the seller is subsidising the GolbalShipping program...how can this be fair. Thanks lindis
