Here's one that I received today, titled "payment not confirmed". Sender name made it look like a usual paypal notification but was deceptive - true sender address domain was review.email.com. Upon clicking on the "Cancel payment" link (in red below), I was sent to a paypal login site that looked exactly identical to the actual paypal login page, except url was not in paypal.com domain. I entered my username and password, and was brought to a page that asked for contact details, social security, credit card number, etc, for confirmation. all looked pretty legit (especially the replicated webpages) save for the fact that the email greeting was missing my name. Please watch out and do not fall for this. Hello [my email address, removed] , This email confirms that you have sent a payment of $122.16 USD to Jennifer Wallace (email removed).
