On December 2015 i made two puchase. I receive both items, continue using paypal account and open a new one. This Feb 2017, paypal indicate that i dont paid for the items on 2015 and now i have a negative balance. About 15 months later!! Now my accounts are limted, i sell online and i have over $1,000 held and i cannt do something for print labels and ship to my customers. I send proof of my bank account of Dec 2015 and Paypal said that they never receive the money. But i dont have the money for this statement, they show that Paypal take it. Paypal said, that my bank never paid they. I NEED MY MONEY, AND CONTINUE SELLING!!! Also, they never send me any email or mail on 2015 or 2016 to bill me something or inform that it was something wrong on any payment. I think they are joke and want to see my stupid face. This is disguting, because i need to sell and have my money for this month! I call customer services, limitation departament and collection departament.. They have a poor service, they only want money, but no check the fax that i send with my proof. I feel very disappointed for this situation.
