Hello there. I tried adding 340 pounds in my paypal account through bank transfer and they are still not showing in my paypal account after 3 days. In ebanking the transaction is confirmed and i also called Santander and they confirmed the money has been withdrawn from my account .I have bank transferred other sums before and since and they immediately appear on paypal. I have called paypal 2 times .The first time they told me they would open a case on Friday (bank transfer was on Wednesday) which has not happened. The second time i was asked to provide a copy of the bank transfer as attachment and sent some info through message from a colleague on how to do an attachment which doesnt seem to correspond to the current dashboard of paypal , i asked for more info through replying to their message but they didnt answer back... On the phone i cannot find anyone now, i cant seem to be able to get through to a physical person to talk today....In the resolution center you have to categorize a possible new dispute if you want to open one and the categories do not cover this issue (its more about ebay related issues). So what can i do now ? Thanks
